Flywheel
94 BPE8-11-500 ~19lbs
95 BPR7-11-500 ~17lbs
Most of the extra weight is in the thick ring on the back of the flywheel. You can easily see it with the starter off. That's one of the reasons that the '95.5 is the favorite 1.8 car.
Edit: the flywheel changed with the introduction of the OBDII computer in mid 1995. So the early '95s have the same boat anchor flywheel.
