According to Paul Harvey today:
The City of Atlanta is considering a law to ban loose, low-riding pants typically worn by gang members. The Atlanta PD is asking that the law not be passed. According to a spokesperson from APD, "Fat old guys chasing young guys need any advantage they can get."
