PICS! 05 MSM at Hiley

Ok, on a tip from srivendel found in the NB section, I just got back from the local dealer which has a black 05 MSM sitting on the lot...

It looks good! I still prefer the Ti color and thinner wheels on mine (mainly for the color) but the new ones are sharp too!

Things to note;
Base price up $280, no red inserts on the cloth seats (they now match the Rx8 seats)

Redesigned wheels as stated before. Fatter spokes (similiar to the originaly C5 wheels) with an obvious "Racing Hart" logo.

The black is most definately metallic. It appears to be virtually the identicle color as my '02 Protege5.

(oh, and take note of the Miata's with teh bashed in windows and sitting on the brake disks..)

Thats and they have a VERY pretty 1st gen Rx7 for Sale under their canopy

I should not have looked at the RX-7 pics. I want one, 1st or 2nd gen, and that really makes me want one.

Hmm... I think I like the '04 MSM wheels better. I was never a fan of the chunky C5 wheels, and those do look a lot like them.

Is that Hiley of Hurst? They look like they've got an assload of RX-8s & MSMs on the lot! :shock:

That 1g RX-7 is very nice looking. Someone obviously took good car of it. What year was it?

yeah, I like the 04 better myself... I thought that style looked clunky on a C5, don't like them any better on the miata..

The Rx7 was an 81-83 base model.. It was really really clean. Almost factory fresh looking interior, but it's a drum brake 12a car that they wanted 4k for... Nice, but not for that price.
