ive got what has turned into a serious irritation. I dont mumble, i speak very well. Many people have told me that before.
for the past year it seems that when i say "hi, my name is Matt" people hear " hi, my name is Ben." at first i thought it was kind of funny, but it happens so frequently im starting to think its some kind of weird inside joke amongst everyone but me.
how the hell do you get Ben out of Matt.
anyone else have this problem?
Actually everyone thinks I say Mike instead of Marc. I can see that is alot closer than Matt-Ben. But it happened to me yesterday, so I figured I would start yelling my name from now on.

With a name like Mick, I get Mark, Mike, Mac, Sparky, and a few others that I forget. ;)
Perhaps you look like a Ben? For some reason, people have mistakenly called me Scott throughout the years. A few times people have told me "you look like a Scott"... what ever that meets.
