I just bought a 1992 miata, it is my first, i have had 2 rx7s over the years and always wanted a nice little conv. to toy with. of course with my finances it is my daily driver too. it needs a little body work and some small engine adjustments before i can start upgrading on it but so far it has been a fun little car (although not as fast as my z yet)

Welcome. Congrats on the car, you'll enjoy it. It may not be as fast as your z, but I know the feeling. I came from a Mustang gt with 300+ hp but i love the Miata more than any other car.

Congrats; I loved my 92. I added cold air intake and cat-back exhaust and did the timing bump. Felt and sounded great after that.
once i clear the bugs out it will be great ... the timing change last night made a huge diff .... now to get that IAC installed once it arrives and get a good leak down/compression check and start working on upgrade :)
