My miata has a lighted mirror with two lights at the bottom. The lights come on when the doors are opened and if I flip the little switch on the front. I recognized the styling as a Ford mirror used in a bunch of different cars including the Windstar.
If this is standard or optional model, I apologize. But, I think the previous owner wired in a Ford mirror. It rocks!!! You could probably get one of these from a junkyard for $10.
