17 hours? Wow...
Do you have a full time gig or are you still doing the Mr. Mom thing?
Be prepared for the absolute levels of stupidity of some of the "kids" you'll have in your lower level classes. It's a miracle that some of them got through high school.
The cool thing is being an older student, some of the profs will definitely treat you differently - they'll expect a whole lot more from you!
I have a 20 page research paper due Monday, plus 2 finals. One on Tuesday and I'm done!
I have one of my finals in front of me(take home use whatever you want to help you kind) and my other final is Tuesday at 8pm. :D
Have fun in trig, watch out for the identitys ::Shocked:. Im taking the final in Trig on Tuesday, hoping to keep my 4.0. This is my first semester taking 3 classes, 9 hours. This while working a 40-45 hr job. Fall semester taking Pre-Cal and ChemestryI, American Hist II.
2 A's (almost sure) so far, pretty sure shot on an A in Trig. Man I can't imagine taking Trig in a minimester... I took College Algebra in SummerII and man that really whipped my ass.
I know you've told me before, but what was your major?
I'm doing 9 to 10 hours each semester while working 60 hours weeks... damnit if I don't take advantage of my sick days and four weeks of vacation!
I'm not bitching... hell, I chose this path. Remember, the most important thing in this world is the freedom of choice.

It drives me nuts at work to hear people complaining about how much certain types make. I tell those folks that they too can choose to do what they do and make the money they make, but they never seem to make those moves.

Gotta love Free Will.
Yup!
I got family members that are the same way... I offer them all the networking study materials they could handle... and they all say the same thing: I don't have time to study.
Sheesh.
It's a good living. Not a lot of physically demanding labor unless you count racking gear and midnight maintenance windows.
I just ignore them after a while.
