OK Kamil... time for you to defend your people. ;-)
Pilot's last words on the radio were "I'll do a 360 and get out of here!"
Ouch :(
It's like 10,000 spoons when all you need is a knife.
I blame it on the Spanish-built CASA transporter.
So apparently these things break down every once in a while.Quote:

Linke for any of you that want to play with Bablefish
Here is a pic of the type of plane

A prop plane? Oh yeah. It's the Polish Military.
They were fighting German Tanks with Calvary in WWII and had wood and canvas WWI era biplanes fighting Messerschmitt and Focke-Wulf fighters.
No wonders it only took a month for Germany to defeat Poland. ;)
I'm just messing with you Kamil. You know I think the Allies fucked the Poles by handing them over to Stalin after the War.
That's like the world's longest Bingo line... :D
If they were low on fuel, it really would be a "bingo" line ;)
Or if I really wanted to be a dork, I could show you a picture of a real Bingo:Quote:

Bingo Fuel
(US) A prebriefed amount of fuel for an aircraft that would allow a safe return to the base of intended landing.

Let's see where to begin.
Plenty in the US military, need I say Osprey.
Actually we weren't fighting them with much of anything, because the Polish military was very small at the time. (Thanks Russia)
Well, they, the Germans, did attack on three sides of a four sided country. (Thanks Czechoslovakia) Shortly, Russia attacked on the other side. France didn't hold up their part of the Franco-Polish Military Alliance, where they were supposed to attack Germany if Germany attacked Poland (Thanks France) At the same time that Poland was being bombed by Germans, the Brits were dropping propaganda broshures on Germany. (Thanks Britan) And even though much of Poland was overrun with Germans, we never surrendered. The Armia Krajowa, translated to Home Army, had resistance cells in many of the major cities and was ready for an uprising in 1944.
Oh OK ;)
That's a tilt-rotor, not a plane. ;)

There is a game called Steel Panthers World at War, it's a free version (base game is free) of the game released by the now defunct SSI (bought by Ubisoft). In that game there is a scenario you can play that is a hypothetical 1939 invasion of Western Germany by the French military in proper response to that treaty. The historical text file accompanying the scenario claims that they feel that if France had done that in a timely manner, the campaign in Poland would have been much different for Germany.
