So sad,:( I remember doing a car show there with some of you a couple of years ago. I was impressed with their shop and the cars they were building, but it looks like there was a lot of shadyness going on. I now wonder how this will effect Carrol Shelby, after all if he wasn't involved with them they never would have grown to the point they did. I know Shelby is trying to wash his hands of Unique Performance, but I'm sure it wont be that easy.
Do you suppose they will auction off the OCC Shelby Bike, that was a sweet ride.

True, but it could also be a case of they didn't know what was going on either and got out as soon as they found out. Chip Foose has, in general, a very good reputation. Since the article mentions that Foose may start their own litigation against Unique Performance, it may be just that simple.Quote:
