Can anyone recommend someone to install a trailer hitch on a 2006 MX5 ?
I will buy a JC Whitney trailer hitch, but I need some one in the DFW area that will install it for a reasonable price.
I will do the wiring.
thanks,

I'd check the price of U-haul before I bought one. They have generally been cheaper installed and out the door for me than most of the ones that you buy and still have to install.
If it bolts on and doesn't need welding I'll do it for ya. I installed a class 2 hitch on my van.
If you want to try it yourself but just don't have the tools then drive it up on Sunday and I can help you with it. I'm just up the road in Lewisville.

I appreciate the offers.
I know it requires drilling 4 holes in the cars frame. I am over 70 and dont think I want to try the installation myself, even with good help. I have the tools, but not interested in letting any blood offerings as I usually do on this type of project.
I would perfer to find a shop that would do the installation for a reasonable fee.
There used to be a place on Plano Parkway and Jupiter Road called Joe's that did good work. They did a good job putting a tow hitch on the front of my parent's CR-V (Motorhome tow-behind).
However, they moved and now they are in the middle of East Dallas.

Yea Joe's is great. My grandfather used them for a RV hitch too. They will probably be cheaper than U-Haul. You can also try a trailer sales/ rental place on the west side of Harry Hines between Forrest and Royal. Sorry but I can't remember the name of the place.
