Somebody has some mental health issues.
Well, they didn't want to bury them, so they put them in cold storage. Wierd, buy at least it wasn't done when they were alive still. The "animal abuse/neglect" was probably for having too many cats, not for them being mistreated. They are lucky though, they can have up to 7 cats in one house, whereas here I heard the limit was 4 PETS.
I thought this was going to be a detailed how to.... thread.
