Nice deck. Where ya movin' to?
The other side of you. We are looking at places with at least an acre and near the lake in Lavon/Nevada are.
I didn't see the love swing, pulleys, and animal cage in the master bedroom photo. Are you taking them to the new house, or will we soon see them in the MME classfieds?
Nice looking house!
Best of luck with a quick sale! ::2Dollar:
And ignore everyone who tells you the market is terrible right now. Property in Dallas is still moving (we sold our hose in 6 days). In fact, if you need boxes, we may have gotten more than we need...
Nice house Todd. Good luck with the sale.
Thanks guys.. between all we have done fixing the place up over the last few months and what we have priced it at, I am hoping that it goes quick.
Wish we could afford it. It cleaned up well!
With BR, it's too rich for my blood. It looks like I will be in an apartment until 2012 at least. But then I should be able to afford a townhome.
Beautiful house Todd! I'm sure you'll have no problem selling it.
Wow, that place is a lot bigger and nicer than my house and the fine city / county of Dallas just raised my apprasial to $215k........
I get tired of fighting them evey year, a double wide in the county is starting to look pretty good..........
good luck with the sale.
The wife is working in Lavon now and I am working from home 90% of the time. When I do need to go downtown (twice a month), It is 10 miles down to 30, and then 25 miles in to downtown. That should be very doable. I can't wait to eliminate those tolltag and gas bills.
By getting a place with an acre, I hope to have an air conditioned shop and a Se7en kit on order by the end of summer, with a lift sometime after that as part of "phase II".
Good luck on the house sale.
There's a nice auto mechanic just around the corner from Nevada that I used to frequent quite often.

Really nice house, and that's a very good website -- great information (like floor plan, pictures, etc)! But what the heck are those big, scary green things in your yard? :scared: We don't have any of those in Frisco...
Sale Pending. ::db2::
