Swaping a NB motor into my NA

My motor is getting tired and starting to use more oil between changes so I'm planning on saving for an engine swap.

I was thinking of swapping in a lower mileage NB motor. I figure it would be worth it for the HP increase and freer flowing head. What challenges do I face with this over a NA motor?

BTW, I have OBDI and hope to keep it that way.

I'm going to guess that an NB motor should work with the stock NA computer, and the only addition you'll have to make is an RPM switch to control the VICS intake butterflies. You'd also have to swap your old CAS into the NB head.
