Shocks/Struts

Now that I'll soon have a set of RB springs for my ride, what set of shocks should I look at? I prefer a stiffer ride and way, way less body roll. I'm looking at the Koni Sports and the KYB AGX struts... the diffence off the bat is the price - the Konis are $39 above the KYB's price of $85 each. Is there a better price to be found? Also, does anyone have experience with either of these set ups? Thanks!

I would prefer a coil over set up but just don't have that sort of coin available at this moment.

if you are really concerned about price, the kyb gr2's should be able to handle the racing beat springs, they really dont have much of a stuffer spring rate over stock, that or the agx's are great, i have 2 agx's that have very little miles but need the top threads rethreaded. they are fronts i believe. ill let you have them for like 20 bucks. i may be able to get a good deal on new agx's as well, havent looked though. pm me.

I bought my AGXs for the 92 B&T off of eBay... Some company in NY IIRC... No problems at all.

I thought the AGX were lightyears ahead of the stock shocks, but a little to stiff on the compression side for the amount of rebound they provide at the same setting.

The Tokico Illumina is a little softer on the compression side than the AGX, but only offers 5 settings instead of 8.

I haven't tried the Koni yet, but should know by the beginning of next year. :D

do you have a set of spring compressors? I got mine from Harbor Freight for ten bucks. no affiliation, but I know they came in quite handy, especially if you're a diy kinda guy

I ran a set of AGX's on my Civic Si, and they were great, even with the 400lb spring rates. Wayne still has them on the car. I would not be afraid to run these things on ANY car...
