Can anyone recommend a good, simple keyless entry unit I can add to my car? I've been thinking about it for a while, but I decided to get serious when I got soaked in the rain last week trying to work the gimpy door lock with my gimpy key.
BTW, the locking mechanism works fine from the inside, but the lock cylinder gets cranky in cold/wet weather (64 and rainy in New Mexico last week ;)).

you might try a cheap car alarm and leave it in valet and just use the key-less feature
Yeah... I like to leave the top down, windows up, an the doors locked. That way the crackheads don't slash my top, but they can't get in unless they have a slim-jim.Quote:

I was planning on going with this sites combo kit eventually. $154.99 and like $12 shipping for power door locks and trunk seems good to me.
