Took the MPV to Eldorado Mazda Service

The MPV's bumper to bumper is about to go out so we decided to drop it off at Eldorado Mazda's Service Department to get some little trim issues repaired.

I have never used Eldorado's service dept. because of a very negative experience a friend had there several years ago.

Well I decided to try them out anyway for the first time as I didn't feel like driving down to Town North and the last few service experiences at Town North were mediocre at best.

I have to say, it was an extremely positive experience. Not only were all our issues repaired (except for one part that is on order) but the Service Advisor, Jordan was great about calling us with updates and setting our expectations. Evidently, Eldorado just cleaned house at the Mazda Service Department and Jordan came from their Chevy department.

If any of you need Mazda Service, give Eldorado a shot and ask for Jordan Windham.
