Looking for a Miata

Wife of a friend is thinking about picking up a Miata as a weekend car. Thought I'd post here and see if I can help with her search. Here's what I know so far:

• Looking for a 2000-2002, based on budget
• Budget is $10-12K, with some flexibility
• Color preference is silver, but other colors would be considered (though she doesn't like white)
• Black cloth preferred to tan leather

Car needs to be clean and unmolested. I don't think this car will be a candidate for aftermarket goodies. Let me know if you see or hear of anything she might like...

Would a low mileage '99 Sport with A/C and Power Steering meet her requirements?

It isn't silver it is black, but has black cloth!

It has around 40,000 miles on it (I can let you know exact mileage tonight).

It has a larger front bar but I also have the factory original. It is clean, garage kept, Mobil one oil every 3,000 miles.

It has never been a daily driver originally sold in the Carolinas I believe I am its 3rd owner. I bought it in September of 2005.
