You don't happen to have a Mazda part number for the heater core?
How bad is your, you may want to take it to a radiator shop and see if they could repair it.
its got plastic endtanks. plus the removal method i have will pretty much ruin it... the cheaper ones are $80 and it is just a rebadged oem.
anyone ever had to buy one? im tryin to find one so i can put it in sat.
and ya it leaks alot.
I got my heater core from junkyardjimmy.com ... cost me 120$ shipped. saved myself a fortune putting it in too.
im gonna do it myself, not a problem there, our distributer cant get it, and im not liking the cold. i know i can get it online for 80 plus shipping, but want to get it tomorrow.
If you still need one, a friend of mine has one available for $50, lives in Plano. Give me an email or call at 817-528-9254 and I'll let him know.
turned out to be the rubber hose under ht edash i think. replaced that and it heats just fine. i had it pressure tested as well and it came back clear.
:thumleft: Good news!
Did you do the no dash removal/installation?
Chris
yep
twice, once on my car and once on the parts car. i had to stop a few times due to blood rushing into my head...
I know that feeling :!:Quote:
