Out of room... 1.6L parts for sale

I have a bunch of parts for sale... Got to clean out some room in the garage.

1 parts block w/bad short nose crank. With oil pan and pump. It's ugly. Comes on a furniture dolly to make it easier to move around. - $20

1 complete 1.6L engine. Low oil pressure issues (30 cold, 8 to 10 hot idle) but does run. Head has been replaced. It's complete w/alternator. Comes on a furniture dolly too. - $125 (I know this one had a new timing belt installed but I forget if it had a new water pump put in too...) PARTIALLY PAID FOR

10 head bolts (used) - $5 for all

1 1.6L Intake assembly - Missing IAC valve - $20 (price lowered)

1 1.6L short nose crank (oiled up & sealed in a plastic bag for the past 2 years) - in good shape. - $100

1 1.6L big nose crank (some surface rust) and baffle - Needs checking for trueness. $50

1 Engine Stand - new in the box. ($89.99 from O'Reilly) - $40 SOLD!

1 Clutch Slave Rebuild Kit - new in the box. $15

1 driver, 1 passenger Black armrest - long type. - $5 pair

1 set soft top latches - $10 ON HOLD

1 set hard top (front) latches (Sorry, no side latches!) - $10

1 set top latch recepticles from windshield header - $5

1 AFM - $30 SOLD

I have a few exhaust studs, new from Mazda, and some other miscellaneous pieces that I'll add to the list later.

It's all sold as-is... Cash talks... PayPal accepted... I have an engine hoist here to help with loading the heavy stuff.

FYI...does that engine actually have low oil pressure issues or is it just the factory sending unit not being very acurate or calibrated the same, one of the main reasons they ditched it for the dummy gauge in 94?

The about to blow & leaking everywhere engine in my Spec car reads around 15 to 30 psi higher than my daily car that was rebuilt less than 2 yrs ago!

Good question. I didn't double check the sending unit.

I blew it and pulled the plug out and need to replace the airflow meter. Do you have one available?

Where are you located? I can take it to First Saturday in the morning if you're going to be at the computer sale... or I can throw it in the truck and take it when I go to the gun show tomorrow.

The motor with the low oil pressure did you change the oil pump when the timing belt was done? Or did you find out it was the sending unit?

Neither.

I just figured it would be mains since the head was warped and needed replacing. I put a replacement head on it, fired it up and didn't like the oil pressure readings so I replaced it.

Short nose.

Missed you at the GTG last night (I left at 10:15 but they were still going strong), but let me know if you want to meet this weekend - I'm still up for the top latches.
