The POSIV has an injector leaking on the #4 Cylinder when I turn on the ignition. Went to O'Reilly's and they tried to hand me some o-rings I'm pretty sure what I see leaking is not an o-ring but looks like it is made out of same rubber.
Am I asking for the wrong part? :confused:

I guess it all depends where it is leaking.
The fat O-ring like deal is where it appears to be leaking from, but not 100% sure since I am still at work. ;-)Quote:

Looking at the picture you posted, the small oring would go in the groove at the top of the injector. The other two look like they go on the bottom depending on how big the opening is in the intake manifold. If you look closely, one looks like it has a larger diameter than the other.
Edit: Looking at the website you provided I have found an example fo what I was talking about. It looks like the oring with the groove is a spacer between the fuel rail and the injector. The other one w/o the groove should go on the bottom to seal the injector to the intake manifold.

The injectors on my Integra were setup the same way.

Looks like replacing it all may be a good plan!
One small trick is to lube the orings with a little motor oil to get them to slide into the fuel rail and intake manifold a little easier.
I use "fuel-lube" a mil-spec fuel proof lubricant.

Just an FYI Rockauto has a Beck/Arnley Fuel Injector kit that includes all 3 seals p/n 158-0431 at $6.64 ea.
You will need four of them to do all the injectors.
