At my last 2 track days I noticed that the coolant boiled over and spilled out from the overflow tank after each session. I have a relatively new OEM radiator fresh coolant. Do you think it is OK or it needs some fixes?
Will at 160 degree thermostat help or I need a "$$$$ and better" after marker aluminum radiator?

maybe look into better E-fans
The overflow system is designed to expand and contrast. If you don't get overheating, you just had too much coolant in the overflow tank.

When is the last time you replaced the radiator cap? I had the same problem last year, replacing my radiator cap cured it. YMMV
