SPDIF bracket
This motherboard is the precursor to the one above. It has DVI out as well as a daughter card that allows for component out for those TVs without DVI/HDMI and only component input. I'm including the SPDIF bracket that I made to output digital audio. The bracket is from a low profile case, so you might have to fix it a bit for your purposes.

These both are great cards and work with MCE as well as Myth/Linux. They support SD, ATSC HDTV OTA and QAM HDTV (free broadcast from TW on their cable).
Both are missing the extenders for the cable inputs, but those really were poor (and were tossed for a reason, they caused major signal drop).
