Hi all,
Just want to give u guys a head up on a great deal on one of the best cheap HD camcorder IMO on the market.
Best thing about it is the wide angle lens, also it does a good job controlling the rolling shutter. Makes it ideal for racing application. It doesn't have external SD slot, only built in 8gig. But it's good enough for 2 hours in highest quality. Battery is removable.

I use a chasecam triple suction cup window mount in the RX-8.
In the miata, I use a Pedco Ultraclamp on the factory cross brace behind the seat.

and think i'm buying one of these http://www.aiptek.com/HDCamcorders/, can get them on amazon for $180 shipped. 30fps is not fast enough at the track, all your videos make you look like your moving slow, watching 60fps you get a better feel of how fast the car is moving.
