Hmm... the early results are pretty telling.
Well, that was an easy choice!
Wow!
Very easy choice IMNSHO! 8)
Easy choice... yep. But...
We all know which group puts on the best Autocross Event in North Texas. A poll asking that question really isn't necessary  . But if you add in size/complexity of the event to the mix, I think the choice becomes a little more difficult. Sure, one group's AX events are fantastic, but they cap the number of attendees at something like 50 to 55 (which is definitely one of the good things about their events!). Another group has many more participants -- upwards of 150 -- and most of their events run very smoothly as well.
It might be better to ask two related, but different, questions:
One question/poll rates the event. The other question/poll rates the organizers. This first is easy. The second may yield the same answer, but the choice is a lot more difficult.
- 1) Which North Texas AX events are the most fun (fun-factor).
2) Which North Texas AX events are run the best (complexity/organization capability factor).
The fact that I'm on the Board of one of these two clubs has nothing to do with my rambling...
Excellent point. Both questions are now up.
I also see that someone was easily amused earlier...
Hey now what are you kids doing...
One of those groups limits the number of entrants! So wouldn't it be a good ideal to keep them a secret, instead of telling everyone!
Just don't forget your checkbook at the first event and you'll be OK.
