Where can i get a stainless steal bung welded? i have the bung just need it attached.
Any muffler shop should be able to do it for you. I am not set up to weld stainless or I would offer.
can i trust a muff shop to put a bung on a ic pipe?
I'd trust Joe's Muffler in Addison... he doesn't weld shit with a coat hanger.
He should be able to TIG one in for you.

You do NOT need to weld a bung in the intercooler pipe, just tap the hole, there will be enough thread for a temperature sensor.
