Need Help with fault code

I cannot get my check engine light to stop comming on and it gives me a code of P0172 (BBank 1 system too rich) I have changed Plugs and Wires replace the Cat Converter and the O2 sensor and I will reset it and it comes on after about a week or two with the same code.

Your replaced both 02 sensors??

Yes But I also found out that I had bad spark plug wire so maybe that will fix it, the light was reset and so far has not come back on will wait to see thanks for the input:clap:
