MaxQData and codes
I am really disappointed with the response time from MaxQData support. Recently I needed a new code after upgrading the applications. After 2 days of waiting and getting voicemail I emailed again and got a code.
The second time I was not in a rush so I emailed and waited one week, still no code. I resent the original email after a week and got a reply from Kevin, it was to contact info@maxqdata. So I did and wait 4 more days. Got the code.
Now I upgraded to 3.4b and video overlay stopped working. No support over the weekend. Had to wipe 3.4b and clean registry. Emailed the issue and requested a code. Waiting, clock is running on this one.

That's weird... Every time I've called I got my code right away. I have always called M-F though.
