When J.O.T.D. becomes reality

There's an old joke that goes something like this...

Police get a call one morning from an old lady in her house. She's complaining that there are naked people in her neighborhood.

The dispatcher thinks it sounds strange, but sends an officer who cruises around the neighborhood in a squad car. He doesn't see anything so he drives to the old lady's house. He knocks and when she answers he introduces himself and explains gently that he hasn't seen any naked people in the neighborhood.

"Of course you haven't," the old lady replies. "You aren't using binoculars."

In today's news of the weird...

A Springfield, Virginia man is facing an indecent exposure charge after a passerby spotted the man naked in his kitchen and reported it to police.

If you read some of the comments, it looks like there are several different stories here. The other story is that it really happened around 8:45 when she was walking her kid to school and he was standing in the doorway looking at them. Sooo... may be more to this than it appears at first glance...

If this is true, there is a problem.

However, we won't know until the official reports come out. If they DO try to press charges and the as-posted story is true, they may have a minor riot on their hands.
