It looks like it's called a meter hood by Mazda. The part number also looks to be...NA75-55-420B-00.

That's where I found it.
Oh and it matters the color of your interior it looks like. Whether you have black or tan makes a price difference which I don't understand because I thought they were the same color no matter what.

Installed the new one and it looks good and doesn't rattle!
Took the old one and intentionally dropped it on the driveway it broke into about a 100 pieces. ::EvilBana
