We all know that POS is a good and generous guy, but I gotta brag on him a bit.
Mrs. Thing and I are prepping the house we bought; fixing it up a bit before move-in. POS, with family in tow, has shown up several times to offer help and moral support. Monday, being a holiday, they dropped in for a visit. We talked about the lighting I planned to install, and he says, "So you want some help with those tomorrow after work. Sparky?"
I'd been dreading pulling wire through the attic near the eaves single-handed so I said, "Sure!"
POS shows up around 5:00, does over half the work, doesn't eat all the pizza, and stays until all 6 lights are working - around midnight! On a school night!
Between the vaulted ceiling, two feet of insulation, limited work area, and TB-causing dust in that 40 year old attic, I had trouble finding the flashlight beam shining up through the holes in the ceiling. I would have never made it without his help.
How do you repay that kind of friendship? :? Bragging about it is all I can do. Until Mrs. POS is ready for that new floor.
THANKS POS :salut:
