Appears to not be an FBI building, but still horrible none the less...

Based on the witness accounts it sounds like it was intentional.

Yep... I read that there was a grouping of buildings that contained IRS, FBI, and CIA offices, and that there were IRS offices in the building that was hit. It was not clear if the building are 100% fed occupied or if there were private business in the buildings as well.

My better half was 1+ hours late to an appointment because of that guy. Keep Austin Weird!
