I just saw that. It is sad. :( He was one of the late night kings!
Just the other day I think I read how he still occasionally sends jokes to Letterman. He was truly one of a kind.
How very sad. He will be missed by all. :(
I remember watching Carson. I love The Great Carmac (sp?).
Many a night I watched Carson and stayed up for Letterman.
Sad day indeed...
One of my favorite Carson moments...
Carson to Dolly Parton (and I'm paraphrasing here) - "I'd give a year's salary to see what's under that shirt..."
He was the King of late night television...
