You can remove it but from what I've heard it's VERY hard. Interestingly enough the ABS hub is cheaper than the non ABS hub for some unknown reason. Go to
www.rockauto.com for a timken replacement hub that is right at 100 dollars.
That same hub at Autozone or Orilieys is 173 dollars. Autozone carries a Duralast model for 90 dollars but that's for a non ABS car didn't check on the ABS model.
