WTB: 94-97 1.8 L with lower mileage, preferably 96-97

A friend of mine has a SM that needs a motor. Anybody have any leads on one. He doesn't want to buy a NEW crate motor. ($2300)

I believe I have one. John Day as mentioned above is a good builder of "prepped" SM motors that won't cost you an arm and a leg. He did my spec miata 1.6 and it makes respectable power.
