My Brother in Laws 92 B&T needs a new battery, suggestions TCB preferred...
I just got a new truck battery from Costco. Cheaper than Vatozone or OReillys.
Make sure to get a AGM!

I believe O'Reillys has an AGM battery. Where does he live now?
I picked up a Deka ETX20L from ebay for 79 shipped. Not as small as some of the sub 10 pounders track/autox guys use. So far so good.
CCA 270
Amp Hour 17.5
Weight 15.5lbs.
Length 6 7/8 in.
Width 3 7/16 in.
Height 6 1/8 in.
stevan, do you have any personal experience with the oreily battery? I'm depating replacing the battery in my miata because lord knows how old it is. the PO didn't replace it, so it is at least 4-5 years old....
I had an Oreillys AGM battery in my 1990.The first one went bad after a few months, but the replacement was fine. There is a place in Mesquite that stocks Westco batteries but they are kind of pricey ($140 a year and a half ago).
No issues with the O'Reilly's AGM, and I have installed a bunch out there.
Now the Mazda replacement battery failed in my trunk, very loudly...............Huh?

thats what is in the trunk now......
Someone at a heavenly resting place for Mazdas told me he put a $20 lawn tractor battery in his miata and it worked for him. Obviously not AGM, but definitely TCB.
