Looks like the car that cut him off had hit or nearly hit him along side then over corrected and slid into/in front of him. Was excellent driving of the silver minivan/suv northbound. Looked like a Cayenne from the opposite camera angle. Must've scared the hell out of that driver.
ps. No one was hurt because they were soft drinks. :punchout:
OMG! It was definitely the car's fault, and I'm not saying that just 'cuz I work for Pepsi! I hope everyone was OK (particularly the driver)... there was some pretty "fancy driving" by the cars that had that truck coming towards them to avoid having this turn out much worse. If that truck was on its side sliding towards me as I'm driving 60+ mph... well, it reminds me of what some comedian said (I think it was Bill Cosby): "First ya say it. Then you do it!"

If you've ever driven down the tollway right there is the Pizza Hut building. It's like a giant mirror and I wouldn't be surprised if the glare off the building didn't have a hand in causing the accident.
The images, provided by a North Texas Tollway Authority traffic camera, show the Pepsi truck driving in the southbound lanes at Beltline Road Wednesday afternoon when a car apparently cut it off.
I wonder if the reporter even watched the video.
It looks like the car tried to ram the truck twice. Possible blown front drivers side tire?
Possibly texting? dialing? f^%#ing with a gps?
The car looks like it side swiped the truck coming around the corner, over-corrected or bounced, over-corrected again and hit the right front tire on the truck. I am betting the shock caused the front wheels to turn toward the wall and caused the truck to loose control.
