Tires, Tires, Tires
I spoke with Todd Eaddy today while ordering (another) set of Hoosiers. He's really close to making a record month at the Discount Tire on Ohio Dr. If you don't know - Todd is the guy behind our tire give-away every year (free sets of Kumhos, Hoosiers, etc) for both ER and SCCA, as well as providing the awesome tent for SCCA and countless other things.
If you're thinking about buying new tires for nationals, if your street car could use some new sneakers, or maybe the wife's minivan is due for some rubber... give Todd a shout. He's a pleasure to deal with and will definitely take care of you. The coolest thing about dealing with Todd is you don't worry about anything. He just simply takes care of everything that you would if you had your own tire shop.

Todd is the only guy to deal with on any kind of tire
done business with him since 1989 when he was in Euless on 157
a couple of testimonials
moved from DFW a couple of years ago
went to local DT for free rotate/balance and soon got mad about poor service
called Todd to vent and to say "I miss you and will see you next time"
without me knowing, he called the manager of the store, who chased me down, fell all over himself apologizing, and made it right
four years ago, stopped for gas in Tallahassee FL and noticed a nail in LR tire
called Todd, asked if there was a DT anywhere close
yes, one of 5 in FL a few miles away
showed up there, guy at the counter said "Todd called about you, I used to work for him in Bedford"
in/out in a jiffy, no charge
He's the man

the man is a legend when it comes to customer service and his support of autocrossers. Someone asks where to buy tires and I always give them Todd's number. He's even helped up get the deal at stores over here in Parker County.

I was shopping for a set of tires for my NA and came across this thread and decided to call Todd. Was actually going to buy a set of Falken 512s but was told they would have to order them. He did mention he had a set of T1Rs that were ship to them by mistake.
I end up scheduling an appointment this afternoon. Total came up to $341 plus change for the tires! Talk about a helluva deal for the T1Rs!
I know whom I will be calling next time I need a set of tires.

BTW, Todd told us Sunday, after bringing water and Gatorade, that he made the BIG record number on Saturday. He expressed his appreciation to all.
