It's a real turd floater. My pool is overflowing. Wonder how the old neighborhood is doing.
I agree that a couple of people driving 10 to 15 minles below the posted speed limit (45) and backing up everyone else is very annoying. And they seem to congregate so they block the road.
I love my Jeep. I can drive in the flooded parts of the street that everyone else avoids. Just like jumping in puddles as a kid, just on a much larger scale. :drive::D
I guess the worst is missing my neck of the woods. My back yard isn't even flooded yet...
I only got one drop of rain on my pants. I feel that's an acceptable rate for 40 minutes of hard rain driving.
Well I am glad I parked behind the building today..... Look at the time stamps! Water came up quick!

Those pics are so cool! You should post them on your facebook page for non-texas friends to see what a flash flood is. Glad your car is ok. I assume the other two cars in the first picture were moved to higher ground.
PS Wonder if the mail stays dry?
Yikes! Where's your ark???
Had a little drama the road is blocked by the Police and this lady drives around then of course her car dies..... Winner!
Poor fireman had to get out of his nice dry truck to save this stupid lady......

Is that a Prius? I thought DC current worked under water.::Banana::
Wow. I'd hate to have one of the hosues on the other side of that street. They're probably wishing they had flood insurance about now.
OK... now the yard is flooded.

Your yard can't hold a candle to the pond that I can now call my yard.
I was thinking Honda Hybrid Civic, either way, electric vehicle, standing water, STUPID.......
We got to watch a high-water rescue from the 14th floor of our office building. Eastbound entrance ramp to LBJ 635 at the North Dallas Tollway. Water was up to the windshield. Sorry, no pics. :(
Stupid water. One of the giant puddles I had to drive through on the way to work today ripped an exhaust shroud off the back of the car. :(
