OK Dan - finally had a chance to view the whole vid - AND I retract my A-hole statement. Been there, done that. Atleast you weren't in traffic on the Highway when it came out. Mine came out after a head swap thrash, and purely an install error on my part. You got going shortly thereafter... Right?
Sorry about the $hi++y weekend Dan. Certainly strange thing to have happen. We'll get it resolved though. I'll make sure of it even if I have to check every nut and bolt myself.
Dan also has a mystery noise coming from what Wags believes to be the water pump area... front pulley was fine and tight, but a slight metallic noise could be heard.
