WTB: power steering rack

I'd like to get ahold of a power steering rack to do some tinkering with. What I'd like to try is increasing the "feel" where it'd be more like a de-powered rack under "normal" driving conditions but it would still have assist at very low speeds/high steering loads. It should improve feedback while not totally giving up the assist. Alternatively, it could just be de-powered altogether. I need to get the valve assembly that includes the torsion bar. It's easy to make them feel lighter but making them heavier will require some doing.
