Places to get drinks in Keller?

I'm meeting up with an old GF to get some drinks tomorrow night and will be meeting here somewhere in Keller. Where's a place with good drink choices and a friendly atmosphere? Possibly some music playing but not too much, looking for a casual place. Any ideas?

There is a new place (it would help if I could remember the name, but I can't) on the south side of Keller Parkway (FM1709), east of Keller-Smithfield. The strip of stores faces 1709 and is just east of the center with the Ace Hardware store. There is a doughnut store on the east end of the storefronts and the place I'm thinking of is on the west end. If I think of the name of the joint I'll repost.

Grill 1709? It's casual, has a bar and sports on TV's. Food is OK, but service sucked when we went.
