Unless you have a Facebook account, you can't even read it...
Don't waste the time and effort on these. It's a 7-9 hour job to replace them all with help for the poly bushings which are squeezed-in rather than pressed. Ask me how I know.
We did the control arms on my car when we did the shocks,the nb top hat install took us about that long total, maybe a hair longer. That said, we weren't working at breakneck speed, and had never done it on the miata. I imagine someone that has done it before and has all the tools there (we had to make a couple runs... pickle fork, spring compressors) could get it done in a good afternoon's work...
Free is a great price, but so far I like the Energy Poly bushings.....
