NB steering wheel on NA

I know it can be done and have seen all the information on doing it. I understand the airbag thing that it may or may not actually work. I'm not really concerned about that. I just like the looks of the NB wheel. My problem is finding one with an airbag. There is one on fleabay I am watching. I see lots of them around w/o airbag. I'm guessing an airbag to put on one is pricey. Any info for where to find one, cost of one? I saw something about hicks airbag covers which are cosmetic covers and not actually an airbag. That would be fine. But when I try to go to hicks airbags website, it isnt there. I am wondering/guessing they may no longer exist. I imagine this is a touchy subject for insurance/safety concerns for those concerned with that. Maybe they shut down or got shutdown. Anyone with some suggestions?
