FS: Sofa and Loveseat - good condition, 2 yrs old, WILL DELIVER
We're getting new furniture, so letting these go cheap. Purchased new at Rooms To Go in Dec 08, These are a Gray/Brown fabric set that is very neutral and comfortable. If you are 6' or under you can lay on the couch without touching the armrests! Still sold by RTG in the Conrad collection, the pair goes for $925 new, and I will deliver it to your driveway/garage/curb for $225!
Getting them into your house/apt or up stairs is on you, but they aren't heavy.
They are clean and from a smoke-free house, no stains, rips, tears, funky smells or other unpleasant things. They DO have cat-scratch marks on the corners, which is the only problem, and the reason I'm not asking more. We have taken care of them, other than the cat thinking they made lovely scratching posts. ::Censor::
