TCB Rain Rail Source?

The current top on the POSIV lets water leak into my trunk on the drivers side so I figure the 17 year old rain rail has seen better days. ;)

I recall seeing somewhere on the inter-web a cost effective rain rail that was made of some better stuff. But my Google searches don't seem to be getting me what I want yet.

Who was the source for the cost effective tops that Sammmmmm & jrj512 used? I'm thinking it is that vendor but I am drawing a blank on the name.

I plan to swap tops soon but figure I might as well do it with a new rain rail.
