MAC Print server help needed

I haven't touched a Mac in 20 years, but this week I have been asked to attempt to configure one to act as a print server that other computers can print to over the internet. The Mac in question is a stand alone computer, not connected to a LAN, with a printer connected via USB and an internet connection of some sort (some said that they think it has a DSL line, but I won't know for sure until I get there).

Any basic advice Mac experts can give me? Is this even going to be possible?
