So I bought my fourth Miata, 02 Vivid Yellow
I went down to Austin and bought Kags1969's 02 Vivid Yellow. It has 74k miles, 5 speed, non ABS. Car is in good shape, it is nice to finally drive a miata with cold A/C again. :D
My ears bleed on the drive back, the exhaust is LOUD! The car has a summit high flow cat, with a Roadstersport Race 2.5 exhaust. What can I do to quiet it down?
Would replace the small muffler with a bigger one helps?
The car will remain as a street car with some light autox duty for now. Here's some pictures I took with my phone.
