Looks like it's part of a kit -
NAY5-33-26Z SEAL & BOOT SET,CAL.-FRT $71.80 - $43.07 at Mazdaspeed
I looked up a 99 Miata.
Found this too: http://www.oreillyauto.com/site/c/de...1258&ppt=C0064
If you find just the boot be sure to post it here. I have a torn boot on mine and I looked all over for just the boot, but life got in the way a couple years ago and I gave up looking. I keep the pin lubed, but i'd like to fix it right.
TDR has brake rebuild kits that come with them and they are cheap as it's not a mazda parts kit.
Hit up a Napa.
83359A Disc Brake Hardware Kit. $17.29 Rubber boots, pad clips and springs and some lubricating goo. One kit does the whole front end.
(If I'm reading the correct receipt.)
