Miatas at Hallett 2011 Update
Time is running short to save money for the 9th annual Miatas@ Hallett scheduled for September 16 and 17. The full two day package (for participants that have experience driving Hallett) will be $270 for both days before August 16 and $310 after that date. September 17 only will be $150 if paid before August 16th and $180 after that date. The registration forms are now available on our website arkansasmiataclub.com.
Please fill out all the forms completely and send all forms except the Pre-Event Safety Inspection Form, email to [email protected] or mail Miatas@Hallett, 117 Mohawk, Maumelle, AR 72113. All Forms must be sent via email or mail. Your application is not complete until we have received your registration information and payment and you have received a confirmation from us.
In addition, forty rooms reserved at the Hampton Inn for the evenings of September 15-17, 2011 located at 7852 W. Parkway, Tulsa, OK. Telephone: 918-245-8500. We have a rate of $86.00 a night. To secure this rate when you book your room, please mention Miatas at Hallett. If the Hampton Inn is booked up when you call, rooms may be available at the Best Western @ Sand Springs (it is across the freeway of the host hotel.) 211 S. Lake Drive, Sands Springs, OK. Lastly, if you want to reserve a race-port or a transponder for Miatas@Hallett weekend, you need to contact: Connie Stephens or Scott Stephens, P.O. Box 69, Hallett, OK 74034 or call 918-356-4814. Half of a race-port will cost $75 and a transponder will cost $25 for one day and additional $15 for a second day.
