If the driver with that dash cam was paying attention he could have hit his brake and turned into the right lane as the car cut right.

Also shouldn't have been going that slow in the left lane in the first place.

Yes... and he probably sped up to teach "that guy" a lesson... but it doesn't mean that "that guy" wasn't 100% wrong...

What kind of life do you have that you drive around recording driving on a freeway waiting for a wreck?

ken 0 probably saw the camera and was showing off. It is all the fault of the guy with the camera. NOBODY ELSE did anything wrong except the idiot who invented no fault insurance... ;)

The driver with the dash cam was OVERTAKING SOMEONE. Last checked, that's what the passing lane is for. The BMW douche was 100% at fault.
